These apartments are offered for stays of 100 consecutive nights or more. Monthly price varies per season and is follows:

January to April – 750 Euro/month

May – 1500 Euro/month

June – 2000 Euro/month

July & August – 3000 Euro/month

September – 2000 Euro/month

October- 1500 Euro/month

November & December – 750 Euro/month

Please note, there is one time cleaning fee per stay of 100 Euro.

Prices do not include communal expenses – for water, electricity, internet and garden maintenance. Those are billed separately each month on actual basis.

Our general terms: your reservation will be confirmed after 20% down payment is made. Rest of the amount is due 60 days before the check in date. For July and August we require 100% prepayment at the time of reservation. 

All paid amounts are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no show. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard and AmEx or bank transfers to our local bank accounts in various countries around the world.
